Chris Casino: "Hot Chick."

Brooklyn bred when Hip Hop was first becoming the mouthpiece of an era; by age 12, Chris Casino was using the medium as an outlet to express his own life. His street sharpened entrepreneurship now fuels a career as a rapper, songwriter, and producer-earning him a reputation as one of the hardest working talents in the game.DJ Snap (of DA UNION DJS @ power 105) was the first to decide the public needed to hear Casino, who until then had not landed on a major street mixed compilation. Once his sound went mainstream to the listeners, his fan base grew even larger. He has worked alongside producer Prestige Vanderpool(formerly of Bad Boy's in-house production team and whose roster of talent includes Jay-Z, P Diddy, Biggie Smallson Notorious). As a songwriter he penned a track on the 2002 album "Two Hands Clapping," by reggae singer Snow, and worked with Jamaican performers Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons as well. His metamorphosis into a respected Hip Pop artist started with his exposure to the world, traveling as a performer from Vienna, to Spain, Italy and beyond. It allowed him to experience a broader audience and a more popular music sound. Digitally, his music is available on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Spotify, XM Satellite, SoundCloud, and Pandora, he also keeps an active digital presence-Iamchriscasino-on all social media platforms. He sits at the helm of his own company, Freezer Boy Entertainment, and stays busy with appearances including a recent live concert to a sold out crowd at Taj Lounge NYC. He has appeared at The Griffin, VIP Manhattan Club, Kings Borough Community College, and many international shows in between over the last few years. Collaborations with no table artists include Foxy Brown, Trey Songz, Pimp Squad Click, Grand Hustle, M.O.P., Mack Bonnie, Big B'z, and many more. Setting off the New Year with a full schedule of performances, and with his own devoted street team alongside his manager, Kaliroe Martin and Booking Agent Marc Katz (Spectrum Talent Agency) he is promoting his album, "As Above So Below". His current single, "Hot Chick" is hitting radio outlets from New York's POWER 105.1 FM to Power 99 out of Philly, as well as on Casino's own iheart station. His distinct blend of Hip Hop and POP (HIP POP) is a serious launch into his next phase as an artist, as he kicks off his 11-city tour. Until then, Chris Casino continues his worldwide musical evolution in 2016 stating, "When you grow in the music, then you're able to touch the thing I'm touching now."
